Hot, Hot, Hot!!

Pulled sugar - beautiful, fun but seriously... hot, hot, hot!!  I have a 1"x1/4" blister on my right index finger.  Tomorrow will be "interesting"... trying to pull more sugar with blistered fingers.  Ouch!!!
